I went to Mavis discount in Eastchester for an inspection, they told me I needed a new tire. So I did, as soon as left their station  (on my way to the highway to run it to pass inspection).  my tire pops right off. ( lucky this happen down the street and no one was hurt nor any other vehicle was damaged)They didn't probably applied the lug nuts. My bumper got damaged from the impact of lossing it's tire. They told me they'd get right on that ASAP. And until this day I have heard nothing from them.

My son just got two tires and his oil change at this Mavis.  The gentleman at the counter was pleasant and knowledgeable.  He gave good advise and did not try to get my son to spend more.  Even though we were the last customers, the staff did not make us feel bad or rushed.  Looking forward to going back with my car.

What can I say about Pete and his crew? I had brought my wife's car (VW Tiguan) in for tires and an alignment and was out the door in under 2 hours. Pete was amazing and so was my experience at this particular location. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced! I wish I could give 6 stars!! Thanks Pete!!!
