Went and and paid 200$ after they called me back they said that would be max and then they said 260$ because of the xray but she didn't do an Xray she put the xray machine to my cheek but didn't put film in my mouth for the xray, after all was done 4days later I was in serve pain so I went to my main dentist she said there was still a large root tip left in my jaw so she had to she had to do surgery right then today to remove it.. the inner line is the root that was left in my jaw and once they got if out it was a very large root... debating on sueing them for pain and suffering because my whole jaw was swollen ...

I called literally 20 dentist offices yesterday and someone told me about A-Estes Dental and when I called them, it was around 3:56. They close at 4. They waited for me to get there because I was in so much pain. I've never had a Dentist do that for me. It shows he really cares. Thank you all so much. If it wasn't for you all I would have waited til Wednesday to get my tooth pulled. I called my Dentist crying and they said there was nothing they could do to get me in til Wednesday. I mean they could have squeezed me in somewhere that day. I couldn't thank you all enough. The pain I was in was nothing that I have ever felt before in my life! If anyone is looking for a good Dentist this is it. Thanks

Dr. Estes is rude! The "office" smelled very musty. The "exam room" wasn't very clean, (what I hope was) dust was everywhere, and tools lying around on the counters. He dropped an exam glove on the floor, and proceeded to use the glove & put it in my mother's mouth! And he also informed us that if we paid with a credit card, that he was going to charge an additional 4%, because "that's what the credit card company charges me when I run your card". It appears if you don't have insurance, it's a "cash only" business. And when he was making an attempt at getting an impression of my mother's bottom, he failed to give her clear directions as to where her tongue should have been. He cut the tip of her tongue with the metal tray, then got really rude when she tried to tell him that her tongue was under it. Never... NEVER going back there again, and I don't recommend this man to anyone.

He was not creepy at all , good old fashioned guy with a good sense of humor, no one is perfect but i can smile again , very reasonable, i ate solid food 3 days after getting my dentures, steak tho took awhile.Easy to talk too. been over a year and no complaints, do need to schedule a relign. Will be taking the wife this year to get hers done. did not get any ice cream so only 4 stars lol

It was a nightmare I live over & over!! The office & exam room was not clean at all. When I told him I could still feel my mouth after he numb it, & that it wasn't just "pressure" I felt, he threw down his tools & rudely stated " if you can't take this , then I can't do anything for you." The worst part was when he had my friend come in the back * used her as his "assistant"!!! Beware, his work is terrible.
