Don’t even waste your time or money! They don’t clean the car to expectations! We got my car cleaned because my husband was using it for construction. He smokes and we didn’t want our 3 month old child riding in a filthy car. It still stinks and it still was dirty! On top of that, they pushed the car seat all the way forward and it wouldn’t go back. Because it was a car problem, they wouldn’t fix it or refund our money. I had to call 4 separate times for them to even send me to a repair store just for them to tell me they won’t pay for it to get fixed! Y’all are a customer biased business. Keep treating your customers like this and you won’t have a business!

Where do I even start, well went in a for a full detailed to make my car look like it came off the show room. Well let’s just say that’s not what I got, I basically got ripped off for $100. I definitely learn my l lesson I could have did it my self. I will not go back honestly wish I would have when to splash where I initially was going to go. Waste of money go at your own risk. In addition to them not giving me my wax, the one who “supposedly” detail the inside of my car was so rude never again honestly big mistake.

Got my interior fully detailed. Price was 117, but 100% worth it. They did really nice job and my car looks brand new. Took about an hour and a half. I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews honestly.

Terrible business horrible job for the money while I was waiting for my vehicle to be done I watched two customers talk to them about something they broke off of their vehicle. If you want your vehicle broken take it to these guys. Only nice words I have for this company is the cashier and a few of the workers are very nice.

One, Two, Three, Four strikes YOU ARE OUT! So the 1st visit the kid cleaning my brand new truck breaks an a/c vent I didn't say anything, figured every person/business is entitled to screw up once in awhile. . The 2nd trip my truck is cleaned and delivered to me and upon leaving I realize my power seats are out. Knowing I was due for service I took my vehicle to the Ford Dealer two days later. I'm told that the switch board was bad an required being replaced. $300 later i'm back on the road and seats repaired. My 3rd trip I was headed out of town on business and wanted my truck cleaned for the trip. Upon leaving my seats again did not work. Back to the dealer. Upon inspection I was told the switch board was bad again. But this time the mechanic makes note that the board was wet and smelled like bubble gum, a smell later identified as an Armor All type product used at Classy Chassis detail. I immediately called them and apprised them of what happened. I was promised a call back of which call I never recieved. My last and 4th trip was today. I needed the carpet cleaned to remove a pet odor in the backseat area of the truck. I decided to record my conversation so that there was no mistake of my desires when cleaning my truck. I asked "Can you steam clean my carpet"...the answer was yes. The second question "Do you use high speed buffers or just orbital to remove wax" the answer we have and use both. I then told the lady at the front desk that I had specific concerns at which time she called on one of the workers. When he arrived I said "I do not want anything sprayed directly onto any switch or button" a coworker behind him said, "Well that's how we have to do it"...I replied "Put it on a rag and wipe it or i'm out, I have already had enough damage done here" He agreed. I said "I want the carpet steam cleaned and the water spots buffed out' at which time he replied " That would be our special at $249.00" Needless to say this is all clear as a bell on my recording. Three hours later I get a call and tell me my truck is ready. When I show up and open my back doors it smells like coffee. As I look around several prepackaged coffee packets for a commercial coffee maker where in various places (I noted 4, but maybe more). I ran my had across the wet carpet and raised my hand to my face. The carpet smelled horrible. The front of the truck still had bugs on it you could remove with your fingernail (definitely would have come off with a buffer) and the windows were streaked and unclean. And the water spots still on the hood. I met Phillip and Brandon his Manager. I told them that this was unacceptable for nearly $300.00 and left the truck with them. About 30 minutes later I called their work number 3 times from my cell and it went directly to voicemail. When I had my secretary call it was picked up on the first ring. Coincidence? I think not. Phillip gets on the phone and I ask him "How can a carpet smell that bad after steam cleaning?" His response was that they did not use steam rather cold water and that their water was not hot ever. At this point I pulled into the Corporate Office to speak with the owner. I was met by the head of HR and she asked what was the problem. I then allowed her to smell the palm of my hand which I had run across the carpet. She immediately pulled back stating it stunk. I said, " That is what my clean carpet smells like. Once again Brandon gets involved and says I'll steam clean it right now. When I look out the window, here is this genius with a what appeared to be a device for steaming garments. he said "It will work, it will kill bacteria" and im thinking "Yeah, bacteria, all my switches, etc etc" and told him to stop. I asked him if he would deduct for the carpet cleaning and he said no. I then paid and told him to get the hell away from my truck. Listen folks, these guys are idiots and have no idea what the hell they are doing. And did I mention, they ran my battery dead, twice playing my stereo without the truck running and likely ruined it. If you want a job half assed, this is the place
