I have had a membership with Galaxy for about a year now. The staff is wonderful as always. At least they know how to hire good people. The problem is that their equipment has gradually gone downhill. Their vacuuming suctioning is not strong enough and the hoses fall apart in your hands over half the time. 

They have added new equipment inside the wash a couple of months ago. It looks like it would be awesome if it was actually running. But it isn't and has not this entire time. I think it is well past time to cancel my membership and try somewhere else.

Drier on wash wouldn't even blow water off the hood and windshield. Vacuums suction is very low. I brought my concerns to an attendant to pass my concerns to management. I gave comparisons with Rich' Car wash on Pass Road and that the experience there was much more satisfying. His response was, then you should go there! Thank you for the advice, I can only assume that the ownership doesn't care what their customers think! Bye Bye!

I’m only leaving one star because I’m not allowed to leave less. I parked under a tree last night at a friends house and had bird droppings all over the left side of my car, I went through the car wash this morning and paid $12 to upgrade the wash; worst decision EVER.
1/2 of the bird poo is still there, the mud behind the tires on one side is still there & it pulled a piece of rubber gasket loose on my 6 month old car. Don’t waste your time or money at this car wash.

I always come to this carwash and the crew is great, but today I got turned down and was told I couldn't get my car washed there because my car doesn't have a grille on it. Doesn't make sense to me, but now I'll just go somewhere else that won't decline me. Thanks a lot.

$15 plus a tip and car was  still dirty, next time  I'll  give another place the opportunity and hope I get more for my money .... Friendly staff, Nice roomy vacuum area (free)
