Friendly people and they have done a good job with our dog each time we have taken her, 4 or 5 times. Price seems reasonable. They do close a little early (at least for my working hours) so just be aware.

I took my dog to a pet store groomer for her first grooming. The second time, I took her back because she had matts in her hair. I had never dealt with that before, so I didn't know what to expect. I took her in and they told me they were going to have to shave her bald...AND IT WAS DECEMBER. I said no way and decided I was going to do it myself. I got home and started trying to groom her myself and it became a two person job. Then, my brother-in-law suggested that I call Classy Clips. In a panic, I made the call expecting they would tell me the same thing the pet store did. They told me that they would have to see her to know for sure and asked if I could bring her in immediately. WHAT?! I was so excited that they made time in their schedule for us! They didn't have to shave her bald, and we use them every time now! Love Classy Clips!

We've usually had a wonderful experience here, but this past time will be the last for us. I bring my pup in for nails and usually they do a great job. This time, however, they cut his nails way, way, way too short. He is still bleeding when we go on walks and it's been two days. I'm pretty disappointed and upset for my poor pup.
