I have 3 dogs, 2 cats, and several aquariums of fish. So that means we have to feed them all, and make multiple trips to a pet store for that. PetSmart is only two miles from home for us, so it makes sense to shop there, right? Except I'm handicapped and can't stand or walk more than than a few feet, and need a mobility cart to do my shopping. PetSmart doesn't have any, and apparently doesn't care enough about their customers with special needs, because I've been asking for about 8 months now! I can't be the only pet parent out there, that is disabled and can't walk the entire store to shop for their pet(s)! I just find it very hurtful that PetSmart doesn't value customers like me, the same as those who are fortunate enough to be able to walk.

PetSmart grooming always does a great job. We have used them several times to have our Pitbull bathed. He always seems so happy and relaxed when we pick him up and they always tell us how good and calm he was. We have always been happy.

Well the staff and store were wonderful. No gripes there. The theft in that neighborhood though has caused me quite the headache. I'm a OTR truck driver and can't just pop back in for a exchange (see photos of what I bought and what I got)
May I suggest stapling these packages closed or locking them up....
5 stars for the store. 1 star for its unfortunate low life clientele that are thieves, more then likely from the nasty Nashville area.

This isn't decent PetSmart, the decoration is a little bit out of date but they have good customer service and a pet hospital and Grooming Center inside. This place will have anything in your pets need.

This does not deserve any stars. We went into their grooming center and it was filthy and every dog was crying of the disrespect put towards them. We took my dog in and set up a nail trim appointment they told us it would be a 20 minute wait. So we waited until they called us over the intercom they were ready for the appointment.  We walked into the grooming center and started to get the dog ready for the appointment when the lady asked us for the rabies paperwork because it was not on file. We did not just carry the paperwork wherever we went so no we did not have it. When she continued to ask for it we started to get frustrated with her. We told her over and over again that our dog came to get her nails trimmed every month and they always do a trim and she had her rabies tag on which lasted 3 years and we recently got her in 2017 so yeah she had her rabies shot. Then she said they could still take her but they would have to muzzle her even though she had her shots and how crule for someone to threaten to muzzle a dog. So we said no and walked out. We are never going there again. It was a total crule waste of time worst place to go to get dogs groomed. Very unprofessional.
