Every once in a while you get a perfect Spa experience... today it happened at Classy Nail Spa. This place has long been my favorite (Terry's NexGen are flawless and the pedicure chairs are great).  All staff here are exceptional (quality and duration of work) and prices are fair. 

Today they gave me a glass of wine and introduced jasmine scented pedicure products, while rocking a great Pandora station. Love this place!

I love everyone that works here especially Maria! She does great work. I've been coming here for many years since the previous owner. I never have any problems and I am always happy with Maria! Since her daughter started working at the front desk on Saturdays my visit is much more smooth as well! I also love their new rewards program. It's nice every once in a while to get a discount or a free service as you frequent the place more and more. My boyfriend also comes with me and sees Mimi. She is great as well!

I lived a block away and never knew this place was near by. I'm so happy I was referred to them! Super clean, friendly staff and I could not get someone so nice and well spoken as Terry. He is amazing!! I nicknamed him the "Nail Whisper " because he knows so much about nails and very gentle. Thank you guys, Val

If I could I'd give them negative stars. 
I have been going there for about a year now  and every time I have to stay on top of them while doing my nails. "Please clean this off the cuticles" "Polish is too thick" "Cuticles still not cleaned" I had to go back multiple times to have my nails re-done because a day or two later the polish would completely peel off.  The owner Adam is an argumentative, unmannerly, self centered man. He is rude to his employees and he is rude to his customers. No doubt he is good at what he does but he not in the business of apologizing for over booking or making you wait an hr for your appointment. Only reason why I kept coming back was because of a girl that worked there. She was the only one I liked. But there were times were my appointment would result in having to sit with someone else, wait, or be moved to another day. I never received calls about appointments either. Today was the last straw. I made an appointment for my mother. she arrived and was told her appointment wasn't until 4:30. (*not true) the appointment was for 3 and told her she needed to wait.  When she told me this I immediately sent her else where, as she was leaving I overheard him say something to hear which in turn she answered with " no my daughter called yesterday and confirm  3 o'clock. I am not waiting" He then dismissed her irritation by saying its not a big deal and he didn't care if she left, that she can just go. First of all. NEVER say that to a customer. Their time is very important.  and Secondly, what kind of demeanor is that?! I wish he came into my place of business so i can treat him with the same regard he did to my mother! So unprofessional. so YES I am writing about his disgracefulness! Also the prices are not "amazing" There are three other nail salons around this area who charge much less, have more color selection and serve wine.  American nails is one. Exquisite Nails is another and I have also been to house of nails which I would choose over his store. Unfortunately I won't be getting my nails done by Alice, but I won't be dealing with his ass either.

Had long coffin nails done . Had my own long for years but after two weeks away from my normal lady I gave it a shot because I need to start over (nails got destroyed and broke while in NY and Boston ) and I was soooo happy with them . Booking an appointment for my normal Two weeks fill  . Gained a new customer 😊
