This is the worst child support center that I have ever had to deal with, wish I could transfer my case unfortunately I'm not. I've sent emails which are unresponsive, when I call they never know anything about the case. Also, I never received my arrear payments when payed. They always put it off on the non-custodian parent. I will be talking to an attorney to see if there are other measures. Clayton County CS, do your job it's for the children.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. Always have an attitude and won’t help you even when you come in before they close. They just sit there and stare at you when you ask for help.

Clayton DCSS has always been underrated. They work very hard and genuinely care about their cases. Lora Anthony is a huge asset to the leadership dynamic of the Clayton office. She diligently streamlines her office's performance methods, ensuring her staff carries out high standards of case management, productivity, and customer interaction. As an incentive, Sherri Sashington is an excellent return, and new addition to Clayton DCSS office's leadership dynamic. Besides these two "jewels", there could be no one better suited driving the success of the Clayton DCSS office. WTG, Clayton DCSS! May you finally be recognized for all your great effort.
