I've been on probation for a year and a few months and my first year went smooth. Just recently the office switched my probation officer and everything went south from there. The new officer is rude. Unfortunately everyone in the office is friends so when i reported her mistreatment and rude conduct the cheif of staff took her side of course and the next day she was trying to revoke my probation. Luckily it didn't work but they put me on something called bench duty. They made me sit in their office Lobby for 8hrs for no reason. I've now been calling my probation officer since Monday to see when will ne my next check in date. Well, No Answer. No Call Back. No Letter In The Mail. No Contact At All. It's really a shame that these people are held responsible for peoples lives. You can't trust these staff members to communicate with each other so if i could give a NO STAR i would. I'm so ready to be through and done with these people.

I CALL today January 4 since 2pm I'm on da express way my breaks went out I'm calling even up to dis comment I'm leaving to show I'm trying or have proof of my visit today I'm suppose to call in and my probation officer should be notified of my problem but da front desk had put me on hold all day as well not answering for da last 2hrs my Name is Carl I hope I don't get violated by doing my pt of reaching out

I give no stars...these are some very rude and disrespectful workers I have encountered. I don't understand why ..I am as polite and kind as one can be but the same is not returned. They can go home to their love one while they make it impossible for others to do the same...I pray GOD has mercy on there would for keeping family apart.

Very seriously lacking communication from this office. You call and call and go in when they ask and they lock you up for not reporting to another county that they forwarded your stuff back to without your knowledge.

I would actually put no star but whatever all they do is pick up the phone and say "Hold one moment please" that's it they don't come back to the phone and they wonder why all these people violates their probation. It's a few good ones but they service is soo wack. They lazy they shouldn't be getting paid for doing nothing find another job if u not dedicated.
