The rinse setting for the hose continued to include small amounts of soap so when I finished washing the car it dried with streaks and spots everywhere, making the car look just as dirty as before. The vacuum hose was not long enough to reach all areas of the car.

Change machine will take your $5 but give you tokens.  Stalls were muddy, brushes in two stalls were on the ground.

Don’t go there; this place is terrible!

My hood and hood only somehow, was either damaged by this establishment or they somehow uncovered previously undetectable damage and made it look horrible.

Either way, my always garaged car went in looking beautiful, shiny and black and came out with the hood looking like it had been taken off of a beater that had been sitting in the sun for years.

The owner of this establishment is not a good person.  I told him I wish he had a manager I could speak to, since he was such a difficult person, to which he said, “Sue me! I don’t care!”.

Don’t go there!

Charlene, the regular manager, is cool.  The technicians are polite, but the bottom line is that this place is a dump, owned/operated by a dishonorable, disrespectful, and shady character.

I spent $8 at this car wash for a quick spray off. The soap didn't come on for 2 minutes after starting the wash, and had hardly any pressure. After finally finished the washing portion, I switched to rinse with 4 minutes left. For the entire 4 minutes, it continued to spray soap. I contacted the manager and after she "investigated" the situation, she told me their equipment was working fine and nothing would be done to fix the situation. I have a red car, and it is covered in soap residue. She also stated that 4 minutes may not have been enough time to rinse the car. I walked around my car twice trying to rinse it off, but her statement was 4 minutes was not enough to rinse it. At least 1 part of my car would have been rinsed, but every panel has white on it. Customer service is garbage as well as their equipment. If you want a clean car, stay far away from this car wash.
