Great folks run this establishment.  They keep the grounds clean and work with the people who live in the park.  They have a nice common building with washers and dryers on site.  The wifi is easily accessed but commonly bogged down as one might find at most parks.  Rates are very reasonable.  My AT&T cell service was not good but VzW worked well.  Some of the residents even got together and started a community garden behind the common building.  I thought that was an especially nice touch.

Nice park. Clean and well maintained. Very well managed by nice people. Looks like the owners are slowly developing a great little park. Lots of grass between units. Feels very safe and secure. Since only weekly or monthly the transience is very low. I highly recommend this park if you want to be close to Ft Worth but don't want to spend too much!

Currently live here.  Property mgr, Justin is great.  Owner id attempting to make property a great place to live.  Good wifi. Quiet and friendly.

Great RV Park.  I've stayed in 11 RV Parks over the last 19 years and this one by far is the most peaceful.  Owner and onsite manager are onsite every day making sure the place is clean and comfortable.

Safe, clean, well-managed and the people who run the place are outstanding.  Very responsive and very in tune with their residents.
