Have been using Clean Way for years until now.
The track broke down and a worker had to drive my car halfway
out. He drove it quickly out.
That evening I noticed my left front wheel had scratches.
I went back the next day and spoke to the mgr. that I had seen repairing
the track and he denied that the scratches could result from the 
broken track and the worker driving it  QUICKLY out.
He claims I hit a curb. I claim the driver hit the track.
He refused to repair the scratches.

DO NOT GO HERE. Only went here for the convenience. Basic wash really doesn't clean the exterior of your car. Again, i mistakenly went back for an interior detail for 120, and was not at all impressed. My touch screen infotainment has finger prints on it and the inside of my windshield was not clean. Most of the inside was clean don't get me wrong, but i was not wowed like I should have been.

They do good handwash for sure. at end u have to make sure that they cleaned all the spots. Otherwise u will finish up with missing some spots untouched.

As I was driving home with my son he accidentally spilt a milkshake in the car.  I pulled over to Clean Way Hand Wash.  I asked them to vacuum the shake up and they said it would not be a problem.  Before getting into the car to drive home I looked and they never cleaned it.  I called over the manager and I explained to him what happened and told him his employee said he would clean it and it was not done.  Manager insisted I go back inside and pay an additional $10 and he would shampoo.
