They claim the website is not theirs. No one speaks English. And prices are completely different than website. Very slow service

Not worth the time and money.  The car is left with lots of soap streaks. It seems they did not rinse enough or dry thoroughly. Cashier is unfriendly. I had a coupon downloaded from its website and showed her on my digital device. She insisted she only accepts hard copy, even after I told her I am first-time customer and plans to come back. I will not go back after poor quality and service.

Took my car here today (10/25/2017), and paid the $38.95 price (Which was listed as $34.95 on their website. The pre-prep work was minimal... I was expecting  a more thorough vacuuming of the interior, but alas, it was  just a quick sweep and suck.

The wash tunnel itself it laid out very well, although the roll over brush only operates if you buy the 5 star package (Which I did) but other who took lessor packages it never moved an inch.

The mini-detail at the end was exactly that... Mini. For $40.00 I was expecting my interior to be clean, not pristine, but clean. Claims of dash wipe down, center console wipe down... minimal work at best.

Windows were done well, no streaks or smears. Exterior dry down was great, tire shine was ample... but in the end I wouldn't return/ Not worth the money.

Car exits the wash still wet and never dried so you get spots all over. This " great " service will cost you $10.65.

Horrible experience!  Can you give negative star ratings?  

The woman at the counter does not know what customer service looks like.  It took 4 months and finally a call to their Hackensack location to schedule a detailing for my car.  When I showed at the appointed date and time, the counter woman and another Spanish speaking worker had no idea what I was talking about.  When I asked to speak to the manager, she claimed not to understand me, then 10 minutes later, asked me (in English) if I wanted her to get the manager.  After 30 minutes of calls between employees of the different locations and me to the Hackensack location I still did not get any resolution on whether my car would get detailed or not.  I finally had to demand a refund on the gift certificate I had.  To do that, all of a sudden an English speaking "manager" appeared and gave me the refund with no desire to know what any of the problems I encountered were.  I will NEVER be going back to that car wash again.
