I have met with Dr. Haley and am really impressed.  She has a great deal of professionalism and concern for getting great results.  The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

Cool Sculpting was a huge waste of my money. I could never recommend this treatment. At my first treatment, which was the upper stomach area (two hour treatment), I was measured and pictures were taken. My second treatment was a couple months later. The second treatment was for the "love handles". During the first treatment "numbness" lasted in that area for about 5 weeks. And, that was normal according to the spa. What was odd to me, the second time around, no measurement, no pictures. They weighed me after the treatment. Why was that odd? They never weighed me on the first treatment, so what did they have to go by without that first weigh in? I experienced extreme pain (I'm good with pain) so I phoned Dr. Haley's office and they gave me pain medication. Of course, the nurse said she would call the next day to check on me..that never happened. Charlotte is wonderful, however, it's obvious she just does her job and never asks how you are doing and doesn't follow up when you have an issue. I brought a serious issue to her after the first treatment and she never to this day, has mentioned it to me. My feelings about the entire experience is..I totally wasted my money and nothing takes the place of exercise. There are no short cuts. At present, it's difficult for me to hold in my lower part of my stomach, and I'm not that large. When I bend over a certain way it seems as if there is a "knot" just like you would have a "kink" ..it's hard to explain. Please, reconsider before you spend your money. I wish someone had told me. The employees are nice. The treatment is a waste>
