Friendly staff. Clean. A great way to relax after work

You have to be kidding me. I got a "facial" which left much to be desired in terms of relaxation! To start, I had to put all facial products on myself in a bathroom across the hall. Then, I was instructed to sit in an automated massage chair with a UV light face cover. After the chair laid me back, I had to sit there and "relax" while the chair hummed and squeaked over the calm music. The chair attempted to massage me, but I was too small to fit. Once the chair and light were done, I was told to "reset" the chair and it would free me. This did not happen and I had to climb out of a reclined chair. Now my face is red and I am confused as to what just happened. I will never recommend or return. The advertisement of a "facial" is nowhere near what you think it is. There was no person, cucumber or facial massage to speak of! Do not be fooled the title!

I absolutely love going to Planet Beaches, everyone there is so friendly and informative, makes my experience very relaxing and enjoyable, and their products are super, Thank You ! To all the Fairhope staff for all you do !

I canceled my membership at another tanning salon in town to start here I am disappointed in the hours and the age of the beds I am only continuing membership because it is closer than the other place
