I love this intimate fitness studio, where it's all about me! The personal attention from trainer Kim gives me a workout that is tailored to my fitness level, ability, and goals. As I go through my workouts, Kim is encouraging and positive, and coaches me through moves and challenges that I did not realize I could do. This pattern of success then gives me the motivation to continue - and I always leave there with a sense of accomplishment and looking forward to my next challenge. Part of the mission statement of Clear Rock Fitness is to provide support and encouragement to make positive changes in our lives - and this little niche studio is doing just that!

Trainer Sue (or SueRu the Guru as I call her) is an absolute gift. She empowers women to reach deep within themselves to go further physically and emotionally than they think they could ever go. If you need to get in shape, feel better about yourself and work in a positive environment with women who share the same needs, this is the place! Sue has the unique capacity to find and bring the best to the surface. If you are in a place that you're not feeling the best about yourself, call her now and she'll get you there. You'll feel better immediately. I just can't say enough about this woman and all she has done for me. I've known her now for years and she has had a huge impact on my life. At Clear Rock Fitnss, it becomes less about clanking weights, screaming and chaos and much more about what motivates us to reach deep inside and pull out the best you possible. She'll show you how.

Sue Markovitch (Trainer Sue) is perfect for getting me to a) exercise, b) enjoy it, and c) form an overall goal of healthy living. She uses kindness, humor, personal training knowledge, and concern for each woman's personal abilities...I love it!
