The music and atmosphere make working out so much fun! The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The first class is usually free so I would definitely recommend trying it out!

Dark environment allows everyone to focus on themselves which is nice. The heat feels good and the workout is challenging, especially the method class. Not many places around here offer Barre, so I enjoy that class. The lift, yoga, and stride classes are also excellent! Love this place!

I did Ryan's hot Stryder class. It was an amazing work out. I could feel the burn while rowing and squating. I've also done hot yoga in the past. Even though I don't live here I always do their classes while I'm home for the holidays!! You feel great afterwards.
