I  am  very pleased with my treatment at Clemmons Comprehensive Dental. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable . The office is warm and inviting.  I would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental care.

EDIT: I received a letter in the mail for posting this review and Mrs.Cassar  has cancelled my final & upcoming appt and told me I am no longer welcome at her practice, solely for posting this review. I had previously aired my grievances about my treatment to other members of the staff and I was never reached out to personally by Mrs. Cassar until I was notified of my dismissal through mail. I think it is extremely unprofessional to cancel my final appointment for posting a review and using my first amendment rights to voice my opinions and concerns about my experience. I hope that Mrs. Cassar can learn from this review and consider the patient perspective before going to extreme measures such as dismissal without personally reaching out to any patient to address any concerns. A phone call would have been much appreciated. 

I agree that the staff here is friendly, but I don't understand or agree with their protocol and my experience with them has been so drawn out, time consuming and convoluted.  Long story short but I have had 3 visits so far for a STANDARD check-up and I have another visit scheduled next month to finally complete my cleaning. I do not have any cavities or any extreme dental health issues except for plaque buildup and sensitive gums. I feel like my time has been totally taken advantage of. I obviously have had to call out of work each time for each visit with no explanation as to why visits could not be combined (I came in twice separately for X-Rays alone). I don't understand why any dental exam or cleaning procedure would take 4 visits. I have been to dentists in Miami and Manhattan, where I have previously lived, and never had any dental exam or cleaning procedure go beyond one visit.  In fact, in Manhattan I had a full root canal treated with a crown cemented within 2 appointments. Additionally, after each visit at this location, I am presented with some suggested "treatment" that is not something I even mentioned wanting to consider- first visit I was offered a $500 custom night guard, second visit I was offered a $400 bleaching treatment. Even though I denied going forward with either treatment, both treatments have been added to my proposed dental plan "in case I want to proceed with them." They do not take no for an answer. After I am wrapped up with my final visit, I will not be returning. I'm nothing more than a dollar sign at this point and I'm tired of having my time monopolized for a check-up.

A very caring and welcoming practice. Their work demonstrates that they are committed to the dental as well as general health of their patients. As a new patient, the process was seamless and I never felt rushed at any time. My Dental Hygenist, who was very friendly, was very thorough and informative in discussing the health of my teeth and they looked fantastic afterwards! I highly recommend this group of professionals to anyone who is looking for the best dental care possible in the Clemmons, Lewisville, Winston-Salem or surrounding areas!

My visit yesterday (for a filling) was, as always, a great experience.  I've had more than an few dentists in my life, in three states and seven cities.  All of them were sastisfactory, but this one is clearly the best.  Friendly, professional, and up to date on all newer (high-tech) dental care methodos.  Highly recommend.
