I love Dr. Kizer! He has been my daughter's dentist since she was 5 years old she is now almost 11! I can go back with her, teeth cleanings are super fast every six months. Recently she had a tooth pulled and it was such an easy and painless experience for her. I wouldn't image her ever going anywhere else! Melissa at the front does her best and all the dental techs are friendly and helpful as well. The office manager is great too! I highly recommend for your little ones!
Dr. Kizer provided my son with quality service, he was attentive to my concerns, addressed them and gave feedback/practical tools to implement change in my son’s oral care routine. Along with Dr. Kizer the dental assistant and receptionist was courteous, caring and accommodating. Exude great patience and personalities for working with pediatrics
Dr. Kizer has provided great care to my little boy! Every time we go in he is so friendly and kind. I would recommend him to anyone looking for great dental care for their little ones!
Great job taking care of my 7 year old's dental needs. She was a little nervous prior to the appointment, but everyone was so friendly and welcoming that they put her right at ease. When the appointment was over, she even said she had fun. Winning!
My son had a great first time appointment! All of the staff kept him at ease, despite looking "scary" due to corona protocols & made the experience fun for him. When we left, he told me that he was excited to come back next time.
Dr Kizer really knows what he is doing. He works well with the kids and parents! He educates in a way that makes you feel human and respected. The staff is patient and friendly with my son who can be a bit active and talkative. They don’t mind answering his questions.
They were super friendly, great with my kids who are only 18 months and 2 years old. They have great prizes for the kids for after their visit. The dentist was very informative and friendly with a good sense of humor! Definitely would recommend this place!
They had no bed side manor for children and no one in the office knew how to file insurance correctly. I kept getting wrong bills for six months and went through 3 office managers that quit. I was told they would sue me when I refused to pay for bills that would have been covered by my insurer if they would just have coded things properly. I had to literally spend hours and hours over several months on the phone to get the billing straightened out to prove I was right. After all of that the cavities they filled for my very young son work done in a outpatient hospital so several could be done at one time were not done correctly. We are now having to get another dentist to fix them all. The only reason I went here in the first place is because they were in network for bcbsnc. We will not be going back.
The entire staff is wonderful! Truly go above and beyond. The dentist can be scary place for a little kid… My two little girls are at complete ease while we are at the office.
So, I just talked to them on phone about scheduling a new patient appointment. They asked for social security and other confidential info which I was not comfortable giving upfront without knowing if I am gonna get my desired appointment or not. Upon giving my SSN, Name, Address, Kid's info, Insurance info, Work info, they tell me they dont have any availability until January. Such a waste of my time and now I take the risk of sharing my confidential info with strangers. So deceiving and shady practice. Why not tell the patients upfront that they are fully booked for next 2 months.
