I am contacting my attorney in regards to the Clerk of Courts online Epay system.  Whenever I make a payment through their system, the amount I am paying is not accurate with the court documents.  For instance, I had paid $260.53 on a case that was supposedly overdue.  The court documents show that I allegedly only paid $147.29.  I printed out two years of my bank statements.   My bank statements prove what I have been paying. The court's payment history is wrong.  There are numerous times when I paid $20 online and paid the $2.75 transaction fees.  What is so odd, the court's payment history shows that I am supposedly only paying in the amounts of $13.34, $17.14, $14.28, $13.58, but in reality I am paying $20 and the $2.75 transaction fee.  I will be showing my attorney my bank statements and the incorrect payment history that court documents show.  The court's payment history has been recording incorrect amounts of what I have paid for two years now. I shouldn't have any overdue balances since I pay faithfully every month. I don't know if there is a glitch with their online payment system or if I discovered fraudulent activity.  I also filed a complaint with the BBB against US Bank, who processes the court's online payments. From now on, I will be writing checks every month to pay the court. Their online payment system cannot be trusted.

Have called and emailed multiple times about our marriage license and no response. When I finally got through, they immediately put me on hold for 15 minutes without even answering to say one moment. The lady who eventually answered when I asked for where to send the license reluctantly gave me the address, refused to repeat it until I asked politely several times and then hung up on me. Was one of the rudest encounters I have ever had.

I have been calling for half a year now and left over 100 voicemails - no one answers or cares to call back.  Guess I'll have to spend my vacation time to travel back to MontCo to discuss an old case.

State of PA seems to have "suspended" my driving priv. I don't even LIVE in PA. 2 weeks of phone circle bingo and they still can't tell me why it was suspended. Just that it was apparently suspended 23 years ago buy a company that no longer exists?

The reason why ibhad given this location a 3 rated star. Doesnt point to the office of clerk of courts, but the security at the entrance. I had been coming here every month, sometimes 3-4 times a month. I had put my belonging through the conveyor belt as always and taken my things iut of my pocket into the bin, went through the metal detoctor which had notbgone off. This is not the first time where ibhad a small 8 oz can of lighter butane for my ciggarette lighter. I was told i was to recieve mt can back which indid. Before i went to pay my fine, i asked if i would receive a copy of the recipt which i did my time beings there. Bro u security guards r a bunch of porn browsinng discriminating unprofessional losers. Have fun with ur life. I got a few more months then so long montgomery county. Worst county to deal with. As far as clerk of courts. The front desk woman to pay the fines is very friendly and i get in and out getting done what i have to get done. The phone calls dont always go through, but i am blissed when i receive a call back. Security, after today you are what makes this whole town have a bad rep when it comes to criminal justice.

Phone just rings and no one returns your voicemail messages. I’ve dealt with several clerk of court agencies in my long career throughout the country and this is by far the worst. Tax dollars well spent. Pathetic!

I called to ask for help with a civil case, and whom ever answered the phone was beyond rude. She cut me off, spoke over me, and spoke so fast I had no idea what she was talking about. Very dissapointed.

Won't answer phone or return messages. In person ain't much better you have 3 people there who act like they don't want to help you or your bothering them. Worst experience I had with any government agency

It takes three hours to get someone on the phone and when you do the women are some of the most rude disgusting people I've ever talk to it's so messed up
