The law in Missoula County District Court in favors of sewer collection agencies to make poor people gets even poorer... I don't have to do any dirty stuff to make your place realize how dirty and corrupted people you can be. The Kama will have you pay for the price what you did to the other people.. Good luck bunch of thieves disguised with the justice system

Almost every lady that I have dealt with at the clerk of court office has been extremely rude, giving contradictory instructions, and just completely unhelpful in general.
I've had them say things like
"I'm assuming that you're case is a criminal case" while looking it up and told me
"You don't understand what you're talking about", among requesting that they speak to my attorney instead of me because I "don't know what I'm doing". All of them have a mean condescending tone. I guarantee that next time I go in there, it's going to be exactly the same. Disgraceful.

When they had Judge Harkin there, it was a miserable experience. He refused to give a final ruling for many years in a custody case and it felt like he did it so it couldn't be appealed. Everyone suffered because of it. The justice system definitely feels completely broken.

Judge Deschamps is an embarrassment to Missoula County and all of it's citizens.  To allow a man, who pled guilty to sexually assaulting a 5 year old child multiple times, to walk free with no jail time is a disgrace to the bench and to justice in general.  He should be recalled and removed from the bench.
