Everything is so much redtape. So much money to spend to transfer rural land ownership. Why? This whole county (Orange) is all about how high they can tax you, then how much they can charge and confuse you about owning property. Not one person has any idea what or how to do anything. You get transferred from one office to another. Then I was referred to get an attorney or do nothing with property. Thanks for they caring help. NOT!
