I've been to the Cleveland Clinic on about 6 different occasions, and at first I was very pleased with the short wait and the competent friendly staff.  But my opinions have changed due to two poor experiences.  First, the doctor ordered duplicate testing after 3 months and instead of ordering only tests on the few areas of concerns, he had them run the same battery of testing to the tune of $825!  Then the final straw....I had an appointment and sat in the waiting room for 40 mins. Finally went to the desk to see how much longer it would be and they told me the doctor decided not to come in!  No one even called me!  AND they let me sit there for 40 mins.checked in!  Never again!! I'll find somewhere else.

$10 dollar parking. Staff rude as h*ll. Not knowledgeable.  Valet just watched and played with phone as we struggled to get mom in wheelchair.  Long wait. Do not recommend.

I called to make a follow up appointment with my orthopedist for a leg issue and the appointment scheduler was abrasive, unwilling to listen and had trouble looking up the Doctor's name.  When she looked him up, she said "he doesn't deal with legs."  I asked her to wait a moment while I looked it up on their website and she said she'd have to end the call.  She was very rude and unwilling to assist, essentially, the exact opposite of what you want in customer facing staff.

This is NOT an emergency med clinic! Its a hospital.
The staff we spoke with was screening calls from Westin.
There wasnt any further recommendations they gave us, and as indicated on their website AND voicemail they are available for medical care.
My daughter is 16 and they only treat patients over 18. Their website is ambivilous and innevective.

Get ready to have to pay for parking to go to the doctor. Also they have a lot of turnover in doctors.
