They will take all the money for your insurance. Then if you have to pay extra they want the money now. You can't make payments They will destroy your credit for no reason They collect over $1000000 ... how's that? But I can't make payments for $800. What a disgusting place. Stay away

I'm so amaze at the excellent service I received at good Samaritan hospital. I had a great team delivering my baby. I want to give a special thanks to Annie and Lora for such a great service they provide me. Annie is so friendly and cheerful, she have such a joyful spirit. Annie and Lora love what they do that's why customer like me have such great experience. Please let the them know how wonderful they are Good Samaritan. Over all I'm very satisfied with the hospital great customer service.

If I could give this place a negative number I would! This ER is the WORST ever! A handful of people were nice and helpful, other than that they are the RUDEST ever. Was told it was all in my head and I was faking it all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Now I see why they take everyone to Saint Mary's.

They get NO STARS!!! My father was admitted via ambulance, we as his children and family contacted several hospitals due to the fact that we didn't know where to go or which hospital he was at. My brother lives in Pittsburgh and ended up calling this hospital. The staff here is inconsiderate and unprofessional, someone stated over the phone with out a care in the world that he was DEAD.. Rule number NEVER ever EVER give people information of patient status over the phone. They were extremely unprofessional when my mother got there, the nurse was trying to speed her out the room. This was the most hurtful thing anyone could say or do in a situation where his family was JUST getting fresh information of his passing, mind you He WASN'T sick and had just gotten a check up. All-in-all, we called to speak to customer service manager and others responsible that day, and of course ----> NONE of them CARED!!! I pray that no family ever have to experience what we did. At the end of the day GOD is GOD all by himself, he gives and takes as he sees fit. We aren't upset of his passing, but we are super pissed at how the staff at Good Samaritan handled the matter and treated our mourning mother.

Dear sirs, i am writing to let you know you are in need of customer service training. My complaint is with your mdtown imaging centers. My provider sent a script in to be sent to my insurance claimes dept. Nothing was sent . i inquried myself providing them the orders/scripts. Thinking it was resolved i called to confirm my apt they confirmed. Then i get a call we have to resqedule because the tech wasnt avail. Massive incompetance. Please get out of the health industry your causing physical harm to your customers.Ive never seen a hospital with so many negative reviews. MAYBEE THE LEADERSHIP NEEDS REPLACEMENT.
