I had an awesome experience with Dr. Chester. However prior to my exam I was told with my insurance I would pay $20 extra. After my exam that price jumped to $85. After going back and forth because they had no idea what I was supposed to pay the receptionist said to me "Didn't you know you had toric lenses?" as if it were somehow my fault. The paper I signed corresponded with the initial rate I was quoted but they still want to charge me $65 more. I think maybe they shouldn't quote rates for new patients when there are several different rates. Now I'm stuck with a bill when I could have paid nothing at another doctor. I think it's bad customer service and had I have known I would have never gone through with the exam. I will not be returning to the Cleveland eye clinic.

Incredible experience, great people, every single one is kind, patient, friendly, etc.  Never had a bad experience or anything negative to say about the Beachwood office!  Very welcoming with fresh cookies and coffee every time. I recommend them to my family and friends all the time!

Visited the Beachwood, not in Bedford, due to my wife's severe eye irritation caused by a drop of hair dye at hair salon. Dr Warn was really great. Very kind and nice to explain every details and way to take care of her situation. With his help, she could had her Las Vegas Trip without cancellation even the incident was happened just few days before the departure day. Really appreciate Dr Warn and recommend others who has the eye trouble similar to my wife's case.

I had a eye appointment here as a follow-up and the total experience over all was excellent. I also say the same of the Beachwood Office on Chagrin Road.
