I Absolutely love this airport! The staff here where so Amazing in helping out me and my family with directions and other info when we arrived here from Orlando FL. On our way home to Louisville Kentucky! Everybody was so nice and friendly to us! I can't wait to come back and visit this airport the next time I'm in Cleveland!

It have turned into a nice airport but they call themselves International but it is a very odd process to go through customs if you fly in International, you come in collect your bags walk a distance to a door where they shuttle you to where you get in from the Brown parking lot passengers come in. Then you go through customs and then collect your bags again in their normal area. It's just hard to believe this is the best this can be.

Quick and easy to get to Gates, great selection of food it may be not cheap to fly her but it's only 33 minutes away from my house compared to Akron Canton

Great place to have a connection in. Huge amounts of seating and food choices. Beware , be prepared to walk as the terminals are quite long with no moving walkways though.

Very nice. Im homeless i go out there to catch a few zzz's no one bothers me. They have a nice smoke shack to smoke cigarettes and lots of places to charge your phone. The restroom is always kept clean as i always use it for my number #1's & #2's its a joy to go out there.
