I purchased a home from them 15 yrs ago . Whoever they are using as contractor​ do very poor work and they use very cheap material please please do your homework before you buy a house from them because I didn't​. Very much dis appointed

The Cleveland Housing Network has been a Blessing to me and my family. My home was burglarized and the maintenance crew was there in a flash and I was given such a relief. My family suggested I move and I refused, I love my home and my Property Manager is one of  20 of the most professional employees that I've dealt with at the Cleveland Housing Network. Great company to help with purchasing your home. Thanks for all your hard work!!

My water tank broke down of all times on 1-16-16, no hot water means no heat, no running water. I called Cleveland Housing Network it took a few hours which i was expecting since, i am not the only Tenant.. "David" their plumber did a excellent job.  He made a call back to me the next day to make sure their were no problems.
 Very professional, and clean up after he was finished. Best service i have had since living in the 
Gordon Square Apartments in four years....Yes I have Heat!!!!!    Thanks....

I am not at all satisfied with the service I received in replacing our boiler.  I am looking to see how we can get the work done properly and to make weather King (the contractor) and the Cleveland housing network held responsible for the botched up job and the damage they did to our tile floor and the holes they put in our walls.   Along with the fact that they refused to allow us to make a copy of the document that my husband signed.
