Arrived at 3am no much staff there to direct you... wasn’t sure what I needed to do so I sat down. About 5 minutes later they called my train for boarding I was told to go right onto the train... I picked an empty row and that was that... didn’t see any staff on train I until around 7am

Would it kill someone to clean this place? Maybe invest in some seats that won't rupture a disk in your back?

The staff is RUDE, UNHELPFUL, AND DISRESPECTFUL.... It's not easy to find and I grew up here all my life.... It's dark, gloomy and feels unsafe. The train was very late and no announcement was made to say that it would be delayed. For the prices of tickets and charges for luggage fee they should try to do some up keep, and retrain their employees

Hours are midnight to 7 am. The parking lot is locked if you get there before midnight and you have to hike about 20 yards between the fence and rail lines to get in. But the station doesn't open till midnight. No wifi
