Cliff's hi tech auto body was to do repairs on a 7 month old $75,000 dollars Silverado HD LTZ z71. Nationwide Insurance referred me to the shop after a collision, panels cosmetic work. Cliffs could not get to work right and tried to give me my truck back looking horrible like it was in a accident. Their metal work was horrible, I could see the waves in the body filler. Imperfections in their paint. They tried to give me my truck back with half of the bumper one color and the other half another color. Very poor workmanship, my insurance company sent a supervisor out to review my complaints and completely agree with me and made cliff redo the work. Their detail man rubbed the clear finish off of my passenger side mirror, which again was approved by my insurance company for repairs. They called me said the truck was finished and I left with it it looked fine, the day after it was raining and I noticed the oily substance dripping down the door on the truck under the mirror they were supposed to replace. They rubbed oil or something similar to make it look like it was replaced. They forgot to put a big z71 sticker on one side of the truck, the radio antenna is not hooked up or the radio was damaged, as they had to take off the flare on that side of the vehicle to replace it. Every station is staticy now. Me and my daughter took the truck there once again to show them the radio and the mirror, but I only wanted the radio fixed for now the bald headed guy with glasses did not give me his name I take it he is their supervisor came out and said cliff said we will no longer work on your vehicle. I said but you are under contract with my insurance company for the repairs they are to be at customer satisfaction, also I have a paper saying there is a lifetime guarantee on the work they performed. The guy cursed at me in front of my daughter and told me to leave the property. I was a humiliated and disrespected for simply wanting my vehicle fixed properly. This is a new truck now only having 24,000 miles on it, I want it fixed properly the truck to look brand new after these repairs and that's all I wanted. Also cliffs put 70 miles on my truck under their care. No one had permission to be driving my truck putting that many miles on it is crazy. I dropped the truck off with a half of tank of diesel got it back with the gas light on, and Cliff told me customers usually try to get free gas from them. This is just downright pathetic ....so I drove back and gave cliff 40 bucks just to show him what good people would do and ,this is nothing ...And Sherrie  wrote her own review.THIS ONE HERE IS FROM SHAWN,and my truck was new 100% flawless prior to this accident, so there was no bogus damage I could make up.if there's anything wrong it's from cliffs. My insurance company would not approve for the repairs to be redone if it was bogus..I only took my truck to cliffs because they were referred from my insurance company as they are one of their companies for repairs. I usually take my vehicles to another repair shop and never had any problems..I would not let cliffs work on my kids skateboard.. if the repairs was done flawlessly there would have been none of this in the first place.now there attacking us for our reviews just read below people. They're making it look like it's our fault they did not fix the truck properly, what are they going to do to you ???       Also I notice the attitude of cliff changed after the nationwide supervisor told him he had to redo the work. He called me and asked me why I was in a commercial rental truck, he said he had a truck there I could drive 1500 series so he did not have to pay for the rental costs. I said no I need a 2500 or 3500 diesel for towing equivalent to what I own. He said I thought you would help me out with that and hung up on me...

Update a year later, I had to trade the truck in due to body filler falling out of the tailgate and rust spots on the bed of the truck. Where Cliff's put body filler started to rust.traded truck in for the 2018 LTZ DURAMAX

Amazing work! My truck had to have the frame replaced and the bed repaired from a rear end collision. In about 20 days they had the truck assembled and painted ready to hand over. I was very impressed.

They messed my cousin's car up after charging her ridiculously high prices, then kept hanging up on her every time she called to try to get them to fix what they messed up.

Do NOT take your care there!

I am a tow truck driver and I dropped off twice today and the people inside the office were nothing but ignorant to me their customer-service is not very friendly at all I don't recommend bringing your vehicles here if you want to have someone treat you with respect to
