I agree with this persons review. I will never, ever take my car to them again. Cost me plenty and still unhappy with their work.I took my car to Lous Auto Service, 800 Eastern Blvd, 21221.  Left it there for days and was charged over $600.00.  The problem with my car was never fixed and I was refused a refund.  Yes, the people are nice until there is a problem and then the owner does NOT want to admit she is wrong.  Very sad that I trusted the owner only to learn she is all about $$$$$$$$$$$.  Will NEVER go there again.  BEWARE!  She claimed I would NOT leave my car for a cold start and she had the car on her lot for eleven days.  How many cold starts do they need?  She quoted me $300.00 odd and when the car was "supposedly" fixed, she called with a new quote of over $600.00.  That is against the law but I let it, finally, go and learned a very hard lesson!

I've been taking my car to Lou's for many years. Lisa is a straight shooter and always has my car ready on time. They don't take shortcuts and always treat my car as if it is their own. If you live in East Baltimore and want your car maintained the way it should be then this is the place to go.

Thanks Lou's for keeping me and the family safe...after TWO trips to the dealer, Lou's found that my tires were in such bad shape that i was probably lucky to not had a pretty major malfunction.  They SHOWED me the condition of the tires, I was shocked!  Plus the staff is pretty cool and down to earth!
