I've never had a better experience with any company.  

Boiler died on Thursday night.  I'm a new customer to them and I know they were busy.  It happened to be the coldest night of the year.  I gave them a call,  and within 30 minutes a salesman was here.  He went over my options and gave me a price first thing in the morning.  Three hours later,  two technicians were at my house with a new boiler.  They worked into the night to make sure my family had heat. Awesome service.  Simply awesome. 

I wish I remembered everyones name so I could specifically say how great they were.  Sales was great,  service even better. 

They should teach courses to other HVAC companies on how to be awesome.

Update with latest: against my better knowing, in a pinch since furnace was shaking hole house...called this company for service (since they did install). Took tech 5 mins to say that a paper/sticker from THEIR install fell off and got stuck in motor. Charged me $170 to “diagnose” a problem they created. I’ve learned now...3 strikes and they’re out and I’ll go elsewhere and tell others to avoid this poorly managed company. 

Original review from 1st 2 disasters with Climatech; Monday called for no heat--rep came out, advised needed new motor, $800 bill. Tuesday, after it was "fixed", called back for no heat...same rep came out, said now its switch, $140 bill. Next day...called back, no heat. Well, now you need a new furnace sir.  At least they DID credit me back money already paid, and $3400 for new Gas Furnace.  They upgraded to better unit for price of less efficient one.  They are pleasant enough on phone and in person, and respond fairly quickly.  However, come Friday when the furnace was installed and "done", I returned home at 6:30 to a whole house FULL OF GAS.  2 hours later, after Yankee gas and the local Fire Dept came through, shaking their heads, to find that the unit was not properly installed or checked, and the hose was obviously leaking gas for some time. Came back that night, same rep, and re-installed the gasket/hose and re-checked.  No leaks after we had to spend a night elsewhere, as at this point my wife did not trust their work or word.  Next day, saturday, upon returning home...NO HOT WATER.  Gas shut off and they did not refire the pilot in hot water heater.  Pretty easy stuff that they missed, didn't check, didn't recheck, and just didn't do a good job on.  I will not use them again due to their incompetence on the couple initial visits to correctly diagnose the problem, and certainly not for putting my family and me at risk with what both Yankee Gas and the Fire department called a "piss-poor" job of installing and inspecting the new unit.  As I said, they were pleasant enough, mostly prompt and quick, but apologetic...but I can no longer trust their service.  They asked me to write a review before completion, so here it is.  1* for service/install. 2* for price/ease. 1* total, and I think that's being generous at this point.

This company is top notch. I just got a mini split installed to condition my 2nd floor. Techs are friendly and efficient, while the office staff was always available to answer any question. I will only be using Climatech for all my HVAC needs.

I had Climatech install a new furnace and AC. I shopped around thoroughly. Their price was competitive and their recommended equipment was about the same as other contractors. The sales process was informative, smooth, and thorough.  What set them apart in particular was the install - they sent a team that had lots of experience. They were very neat and IMO, did a fantastic job. I had lots of questions and they patiently answered them. When I had a minor problem that night (fan not shutting off), they were back the next day. Overall I give them strong grades. In a business that is selling products similar or identical to the competition, they distinguished themselves through excellent service.

The team at Climatech are wonderful. Our central air started leaking into our ceiling on one of the hottest days of the year. Although we were not a current customer, Paul responded very quickly to my call and had a technician (Joey) at my house at 7am to fix it. Joey explained that the elbow in the drain pipe separated and resolved the problem within an hour. Climatic provides great service, very knowledgeable technicians and are very efficient, I highly recommend them and will definitely call upon them again when i need furnace or AC service again.
