Tim did the commercial plumbing for our brewery and he did a fantastic job, first rate.

The sole proprietor showed up in a timely manner and spent about 30 minutes on a clog. Was well mannered. Fixed clog. The reason I give him 3 stars is he said he was going to charge $150 to clear the drain and then charged $170 by pouring 'acid' in the drain before notifying me I was being charged extra. I would have declined the 'acid' if properly notified I was being charged extra. I also asked him to run the snake through a second time and he refused. Other than that, he appeared to know his trade.

Tim tries very hard to please his customers.  Tim loves what he does and his only goal at work is to do the job correctly and efficiently to the customers wishes for a fair cost.
