Great service, professional, and honest. This was a big purchase so I got several estimates. Climatic was the only company that didn't push for the sale. As a matter of fact, one option they provided was to maintain our existing system to give it another year or two. We opted to move forward with the replacement. I did a ton of research on the units that were offered in each company's estimate. Climatic suggested the best unit (by far) and was over $4,000 cheaper than the next best estimate. They installed everything in one day. Showed up on time, very clean, and 100% respectful of our home. I highly recommend.

My regular HVAC company told me I needed to replace my system asap and quoted me $9,000. I decided to shop around. Climatic came out and told me right away to save my money. They spent 30 mins showing me how my system works, what parts are most likely to break, and how to deal with it. They said my system was in great shape for its age, and could be easily repaired if something DID go wrong. They gave me a card, said "call if you need us" and charged me nothing. These guys are honest, expert and professional. I will be using them for all future HVAC needs.

Contractor has added different service charges on top of $95 call, which was not clarified when we booked the service call. And yet, We have problem after paying $232 and Cooling system is not working. Be careful before calling them or verify that are they gonna charge on top of $95? like lick-age checking charge, temporary free-on etc..It's totally money rip off or money snatcher!

Called Climatic after I was referred by my neighbor. They had someone here within 2 hours and I was up and running after that. I liked the technician and enrolled in their service policy!
