Excellent Service with talented and professional technicians! I set up a 1st time service call for my father's home to have an A/C  inspection. The technician, Luis, came and did  the inspection. He arrived on time and was respectful & courteous. As a plus he also spoke fluent English and Spanish and was able to communicate to my father easily about his system.  Luis was very knowledgeable. While my father was speaking to him he found out that Luis has been with the company for over 15 years.   My father said that he was very pleased with the service he received from M.E. Flow and feels the service fee was very fair.  We will definitely be using M.E. Flow again!

Had issue with Gas furnace. Luis P. was very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Took his time to identified the issue and showed me in camera. I was very satisfied with his service. I will definitely call M.E. Flow for future  work and recommend them to my family and friends as well. Thank you Luis.

Today I had heating and air conditioning service and plumbing service from M.E. Flow. 

First of all, M.E. Flow was very accommodating for making both appointments during the same time frame.  M.E. Flow called me about 20 minutes before each representative arrived.

Sean, who was the plumber, greeted me very professionally and friendly at the door introducing himself, which impressed me. He listened and understood my concerns and then took a look to see how he could help.
His technical ability and attitude was great.  He truly cares about providing terrific customer service and represented M.E. Flow in a very positive light - professional, dependable and courteous.

Peng, the heating and air technician, arrived at my house in the same manner with a nice introduction at the front door.  He was very energetic and courteous and performed my heating inspection, making a few recommendations to me regarding my filters.

I was so impressed, that I had to write my review.  Thank you Sean, Peng and M.E. Flow for your continuous excellent customer service!

Andreas Hoyos showed up on time and did an excellent job of servicing our systems for the winter. Additionally, he made suggestions on how to change the way we had the thermostats programmed so they are now much better suited to our needs. Since these systems were new to us, he took the time to go above and beyond and educate us on them.

Andrew was the technician who arrived in a timely manner in response to our emergency call when our air conditioner stopped working. He was very professional and courteous. He quickly determined that the capacitor needed replacing and soon had our air conditioner running. Andrew abviously knew what he was doing. We have been a happy M E Flow client since 2003 and highly recommend them.
