I used Jimmy's services while he was the owner/manager of swift construction.  I was out of state while he did the work.  I returned to find the floor tile installed with a glue mix with grout all over the tile; it changed the color from terra cota to off white cream. When I told him that it did not look like the tile that was selected. He did not respond and then as I reiterated, he defended himself to say that I forced him to use it.  How he construed that from me paying directly for the materials that were used, I don't know.  He was the "expert" in construction and I was the paying customer.  I also requested detailed billing, line by line for each service.  He could not provide that.  
Later, when plumbing was not reinstalled correctly, which flooded the place, he blamed the realtor and me for the problem.
