Purchased a townhouse in this community and couldn't be happier. From the moment we stepped into the model home to our closing, Michelle, has been wonderful to work with. The entire process has been seamless! The quality of the Stanley Martin homes is remarkable... you can tell they really take pride in providing excellent homes as well as being very client focused. Added bonus that it is in a great location! EXTREMELY happy we decided to go with Stanley Martin!

Moved in around the new year and we love living in the town home.  Stanley Martin has been great to work with and have taken care of any issues, concerns or requests that we've had.  The homes are well designed and is perfect for us.

Stanley Martin, Ambrose Hills and Rhonda Shapiro have been amazing during our planning and pre-construction stage.  We have loved their attention to details and making sure everything will be perfect as construction of our townhouse begins.  We loved the location of the property, exterior options and upgrade options.

More over, we loved the fact that we got to pick and design all of the interior finishes!  Definitely makes this home in the community, CUSTOM.  Whatever kitchen, bathroom, lighting and flooring design, we had the power of choice.  We will move in this fall into a home that screams:  US!  Courtney Parmentier has been great in the design process.. answering all of my questions and adjusting our design choices as we went along.

Currently, we live by a Stanley Martin constructed community, Shirlington Crest and love it (almost bought a recently for sale home in that community).  Their build quality is unmatched in Northern Virginia.  Instead of buying someone else's dream townhouse, we got to create our own!:)

We can't be happier with Stanley Martin, Ambrose Hills Community and especially, Rhonda..  she has made this experience truly AMAZING!
