I contacted two of the largest law firms in Indianapolis to see if they would handle our case. Neither represented plaintiffs and so I asked each firm to give me two names of attorneys they would recommend. Kathy Lee was on both lists. She came to our home which is 60 miles from Indianapolis and listened carefully and then throughly explained the process. Part of our case involved medical equipment and she brought on board a New York City law firm that specialized in that area. The New York attorney also came to our home in Indiana to discuss our situation and the process before us. Everything was handled professionally and we would highly recommend Kathy and her network of experts.

I performed extensive research online and made several calls to trusted colleagues prior to selecting a law firm that I felt I could trust to properly represent my brother who had been seriously injured in a motorcycle accident. The search led me to Cline Farrell Christie and Lee, where our family was introduced to Lee Christie. Upon meeting with Mr. Christie, we knew we had made the right decision. His concern for my brother's case far exceeded the typical professional service extended to clients. I know for fact, that Mr. Christie worked tirelessly (often, late into the evening and over weekends) on the case, that was full of challenging legal complications, to ensure that my brother's best interests were served. The results Mr. Christie and his legal team were able to accomplish on my brother's behalf were beyond impressive. My brother and family will be forever indebted to him and his staff for their diligent effort and caring disposition.

I would encourage anyone seeking legal representation to do their homework, like I did. You will discover why Lee Christie is respected within the legal community, but more importantly, why he and his team are so highly regarded by his clients.

I had the honor and privilege to work with and learn from Tina Bell for several years. She is an amazing attorney and person. Her knowledge and command of Indiana medical malpractice cases, her work ethic, and empathy for and dedication to her clients is simply inspiring. I have worked with Tina Bell for many years, starting out as colleagues, then later opponents, and now as members of the plaintiffs' bar.  I have always found Tina's work ethic to be impressive, and her skill top notch.  As an opponent she was formidable, and now as a plaintiff's trial lawyers she is a valuable asset to the plaintiffs' medical malpractice trial community.
