No more mall shopping for me!  I can find the finest clothes at unbelievable prices!  The store is very clean and organized so I can rush in and out with the perfect outfit for whatever is on the calendar.  The staff is so friendly and helpful, and I can even bring in gently worn items that I don't just love and definitely paid too much for somewhere else, and usually walk out with money in my hand!  Shopping doesn't get any better than this!

I love shopping here! The staff is extremely friendly, the prices are beyond reasonable, and I love that you can get your own personal shopper there to help you out. No matter what you're looking for, you'll find it there and at a great price! Would highly recommend!

I find it very unprofessional of you to look up my Facebook profile when it has no connection to my google account, as well as my girlfriend’s. Unprofessional, and actually, creepy.
If you wish to get better reviews, maybe try reinventing your business model. Treating your customers with respect, kindness, and professionalism (as well as not stalking them on social media) might lead to getting better reviews. Just some constructive criticism.
We were customers and we left a review based on our experience. No one owes you an explanation. If you can’t handle negative feedback, try taking your business off google. I have read all the other reviews you replied to, and it seems like you are more concerned with defending your business rather than learning from the feedback. That’s how children act.
In summary, if you would like your business to be truly successful in the coming years, treat people with respect, act like an adult, don’t lie in defense of your business about what actually happens during an encounter with the customer, learn from your mistakes and don’t stalk people! :)

Loved shopping here, i hate rummaging, but everything here is organized and color coded to help me shop quickly.  I bought a cute sweater there and tried on a lot of cute stuff. They have nice, name brand stuff. Will def be back!!

Post is showing up under my husband’s name but he would give you a 5 star rating for getting things out of my house I don’t wear haha.  I always find amazing items, especially shoes, every time I stop in to the Edmond location.  I’m sure there are endless treasures there if you have time to browse.  People need to realize that clothing is like a car, the second you walk out the door of the retail store you purchased it new at, it plummets in value to pennies on the dollar.  Some of the big discount stores buy clothes by the pound!  Getting anything for your used items with very minimal effort is a win.  And look at the amazing items you have access to because someone else was willing to sell.  Karma.  Thank you from Ester :)
