I worked for JCPenney well I was going to college. I have always enjoyed going back to a JCPenney store. They have great products at good prices. Unfortunately though they have phone up on hard times because of Amazon and other online shopping sites. If you want to see the JCPenney stores in the Sears stores in the Kmart stores surviving, then you need to go patronize them and spend your money there.

Megan is an amazing worker.  Always has been.  She keeps a smile on her face all the time.  She's a hard worker and never let's her customers leave upset.
