The ladies at this location are helpful and fun! I have purchased many jackets, dresses, and purses there at good prices! The staff and I socialize about brands, skincare, and jewelry every time I come in. This is what makes regular customers.

My sister and I stumbled upon this location and decided to go in and ask questions since we weren't entirely familiar with the facility. Upon entering the woman at the front desk asked us if we were coming from Plato's closet and proceeded to explain that the stores were essentially the same 😑 During that time we weren't actually familiar with Plato's closet and were disappointed in her attempt to escape providing us with the information we were looking for. A couple of months passed and my sister decided she wanted to attempt selling some of her items. I brought the clothing items into the facility and was greeted by the same woman we'd run into months prior. This time she quickly explained that the location only took certain brands before I had the chance to say anything about the items I'd brought in myself. I decided I still wanted the items to be reviewed in the event that an item or two might have value to the facility. When I returned 3 hours later (although I was told I'd be called back within one hour) the woman at the front desk rudely commented that they wouldn't be taking any of my items because they weren't the brands they were looking for and the items were too worn. Honestly, I don't believe she actually looked through the bag because my sister keeps her high end clothing in excellent condition (takes to cleaners, hangs up, folds properly, repairs rips etc).

For sure 5 stars , I've had nothing but wonderful experience everytime I visit clothes mentor. I always visit with my two young boys and the staff adore them. It can be difficult for a mom with two young kids to shop but the staff is so welcoming and friendly. My clothes are valued at a good price and the items they sell are of great quality. I will continue to sell and buy here!

Went in to sell some items for my lady and for the life of me I can’t understand why she would come here herself (after this she won’t ). The store itself was not clean at all. The manager was unpleasant and not very knowledgeable about designer brands. The District Manager was flaky and all over the place. This place needs a makeover. If you’re going to pretend to know what you’re talking about when it comes to fashion at least look the part. There was one girl there behind the counter, Tesa or something like that. Flip mouth and horrible attitude. Who’s the owner of this place and is he or she paying attention to what’s going on here? Who does the hiring? They don’t give you fair prices when selling and the clothing selection is old. Maybe my fiancé should open up her own store. Would put this one to shame.
