I love JC Penny I ship there whenever I need to from my active wear to bedding to warm clothing to family's clothing to kitchen appliances.  However, today I am disappointed. I was buying underwear for my niece, my sister, clothes for my Mum and a pair of ankle boots from myself.  When I  went to the underwear section it took me some time because choosing sizes from other people is not easy not to mention the colors they like. It is here one lady(they were all dressed in red) approached me and told me I am going all over the store..and if I need any help. I mean this is cold and mean. Why do people go to a store..to shop for what they want...and sometimes you need to check to be sure. I was offended I just picked underwear for my 12 year old niece and left to get my ankle boots. She followed me there and asked me if I have bought what I need. I told her no and I have just left the store. She is so mean I did not get to read even her name if she had any tag on her. I am sorry but will go ahead and shop from Kohls. This is a very bad experience for me.

bad keratin 😡i payed 300$ nothing changed to my hair please don’t go there for try it 
and it’s not a brazilian keratin it’s a deferent product 
this salon (jcpenney salon) expensive for what ? nothing is good there...

I hate to give this place one star because there was one outstanding sales associate who found me a price of an item  The rest of the associates had no product knowledge & and extremely unfriendly. :(
