This is an awesome store! The selection is fabulous, it’s organized beautifully, all of the clothes are in excellent condition and I disagree with reviews stating that it targets older women, I found a lot of trendy items for younger women in there, too. The prices are better than reasonable, and they happened to have a 40% off sale on many of the items when I visited. The women who were there were welcoming and helpful, really charming! It’s unfortunate that disgruntled sellers can leave bad reviews on here for them, the reason they refuse to buy their flawed clothes is so the boutique can offer a quality selection. Will enjoy wearing my Rock&Republic and Joe’s Jeans that are in fantastic condition that I bought for 90% less than retail! Thank you!

Not sure why this place has bad reviews on here and yelp. They have some great finds, and the customer service is nice. Many items are quality and it is definitely a store geared towards older women. I have not sold any clothes to them, but it’s pretty clear when you shop there what type of brands they buy, and what type of quality they expect. Great little store!

I'm going to start by saying that every single person that commented a review about trading in shoes or clothing is true, I just went in today to trade in shoes. They tried to only offer me $3.40 for 10 pairs of good quality shoes. They are very rude and selective, that's honestly not worth it. They make you sign a paper saying they're allowed to have and use your number, but also saying if your stuff is lost, stolen, or damaged it's not their fault. They told me they would be fine in 15 to 20 minutes, then call me.. They didn't. I had to come back 1 1/2 hours later to figure out they're trying to rip me off basically. They said nothing has been lost, stolen, or damaged but guess what I'm missing a pair of shoes and they told me it's not their fault. But what could have magically happened within that 1 1/2 that they suddenly vanished and no one called me to even tell me they were finished? Don't go here. Just don't. The clothing is overpriced anyways and you are better off going to Goodwill. Dont support a place like this one.

The salespeople are snobby and unfriendly. I was treated rudly and inconsideratly. Wake up gals! You are not in New York at Sax...real people live in Sarasota. I will never go back.

Great experience at the Sarasota location. They took many of my items back at a price that I wasn't expecting due to previous experience at such stores. I went to the Bradenton location with three Calvin Klein purses in very good condition and they did not accept a single one. This location is much better and the staff is better trained and very friendly.
