Great staff, atmosphere, food and price.  It's a cafe that's tucked not too far away, but is well worth the trip.  We stopped by Cloud 9 Cafe on a Saturday for lunch and so glad that we did- the whole family enjoyed it! If you like Muffaletas then this is the place!

We went there on a shuttle tour of Shreveport. I give it 4 stars only because we did not order food. This stop was to see the airport and the restaurant. They served ice cream floats.

I've been looking so forward to trying this place and I finally got to today. Huge disappointment. The menu is very limited and they were out of everything I tried to order. Ordered beef tamales for an appetizer-out, chicken only. Ok, I'll have a pulled pork sandwich-out of pulled pork. Ok I'll have the meatball sub-waits 15 minutes to come back and tell me they're out of meatballs. The sandwiches we finally did get after a very long wait were pretty good, but let's face it, it's kind of hard to screw up a sandwich. Two other gentlemen waited forever for a couple of burgers that came out wrong. Overheard another table being told they were out of this and that. To top it off, the woman at the register was completely rude when we were trying to ask about a sign posted by the register about daily specials only to rudely be told that was last week. Well, here's an idea...take the sign down if you don't want people to bother you about. Ending on a positive note-the place is very cute and quaint and our waitress was very nice and apologetic about the wait (which I still don't get because the place was not busy at all) and everything else. I'd really like to come back a try some of the specials I see on Facebook, but first impressions are everything so I doubt I'll be back.

Awsome selection of original food & the most friendliest staff in town. And the owner/ head chef couldn't make you feel more at home and is an AWSOME yet humble chef!!!!! Would reccomed highly to anyone. And second best to food/service is the nostalgic ambiance of the GREAT lil cafe'!!!! Love love loves it.....
