Too many negative things to list. Just don't stay here. Here are some key words as to why you shouldn't stay here:
1. Dirty
2. Sketchy/fishy/suspicious activity
3. Unprofessional
4. Illegal

The manager seems like a good person that really wants to turn things around for the place and paid for one of our nights when we explained to him our experience. The place really does have potential. But the staff and whatever is going on in the other rooms is something you don't want to experience. My review is based off my experience a few months ago so hopefully it had changed since then. 

Pros are that it's centrally located and there's one room (of the many I saw) that looks very nice. It's two floors and it's sort of a loft kind of apartment with the bedroom overlooking the living room. Seems like the only updated and cleaned room. Go over to the room across and it seems someone had been living there for months with a dirty refrigerator and a mess on the kitchen.

I'm leaving out many details because it is just too much to write but you should read more recent reviews if you really want to find out how it's currently doing as my review, while I just posted it, is from early December 2017. Hopefully they have turned the place around since then.

Really nice experience. The manager of the dining area is amazing. My daughter was ill and was limited as to what she could eat. This wonderful woman ( I believe her name is Latetia)went over and beyond making sure she had something put aside that Emily could eat. So very cheerful and friendly.  She really made our visit extraordinarily.

Rude management. Outrageous deposit.  Unclean rooms. Property not kept. Trash everywhere.  Housekeeping doesn't do room refresh. They come in your room whenever they feel like it. Horrible breakfast.  Social hour is a joke the employees drank most of the alcoholic beverages that were supposed to be for the guest. Don't waste your money here great disappointment.

This is one of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying. The staff are polite, friendly, sweet, easy to speak with, and very helpful. every kind words you can think of that's how I would describe their staff. The room gives you a feeling of being at home it's clean, spacious well-lit buy natural light, it comes with a full kitchen equipped with a microwave a full stove with oven a full size refrigerator and a dishwasher. The living room area has a big screen television a comfortable couch that folds out to another bed and chair. Oh my goodness the bedroom is extremely comfortable what a High full size bed and also a television. Before walking into your bathroom there is a vanity area equipped with the stool then you walk into your spacious bathroom tub and shower. This place is amazing. All of this for unbelievable reasonable price any budget can afford to stay there.

First of all I didn’t even stay in the room I booked online! Online there was a picture of the two bedroom suite where I selected a one bedroom signature suite. I was expecting the room that was shown online, i was very disappointed!!! All the receptionist could say was “sorry” and “all the other rooms are full”. In the room, the refrigerator was rusty, the toilet had a molded ring inside, when the water ran, it smelt like boiled eggs! I was highly disgusted! Never staying here again!!!
