The coaching staff very friendly and are very educated in there their art. Every coach very motivational and always want the best for the trainee. Very good environment to learn and work hard all day everyday.

Great place to train, the owner is friendly and very proffesional with his business and very specific. Great trainers and atmosphere and great equipment. Very much so worth any money spent here.

Club KO. Great gym. Started a month ago and been the best decision of 2017 yet. Workouts are always fun, different and push you to your limit. Trainers are awesome and they keep it real. If they see you slacking, they will correct you cause they want you to ALWAYS IMPROVE! You see young children training too so it shows that they are making a positive impact on the community. Health is wealth and this is a great place to earn your health back. Learn some self defense while you sweat!

I am a member of the U.S. Coast Guard and today you insulted our Branch of the Military! Let me inform you That WE ARE HOMELAND SECURITY, your ignorance is appalling! To deny one of our Guardsmen a military discount because you didn't believe we protect our nation ! To state that we aren't Marines, Army, Navy etc fighting in Iraq, let me inform you that we ARE in the waters not only there but across the world!!!!! You need employees that have some sort of intelligence of our Country and who protects it. We have numerous stations across South Florida and I guarantee you won't see one of them without a formal apology to Lauderdale or Miami Station!

You're complete disrespect to one of our US Coast Guardsmen is completely disgusting. The Coast Guard IS a respected branch of our military. You need to wake up and realize this. They put their life on the line every single day. What do YOU do for this country? You are rude and pathetic.
