I love everything about Orange Theory.  Everyone at the front desk is friendly and always helpful.    The music is always good.  If I had to pick one thing that keeps me coming back is the trainers.  They always motivate me and push just enough!  A big thank you to everyone at Orange Theory especially, Joe the best trainer ever!

Loving Orange theory! I was doing Cross Fit before, and  found that OT s a better  FIT for me! Intense workout without the risk of injuries. The coaches are really attentive and engaging! Overall a great experience!

I only took one class, but I became hooked when I saw the high intensity, the modern electronic devices/monitors and the warmth of the personnel.  Being treated with care and a smile makes a big difference when you are new, know no one and on top you are working your body so hard you can barely make it.  The owner of the gym is a very sweet and endearing human being!  I became hooked!

Only gym I've actually stuck with.  The coaches and staff are extremely friendly and helpful.  Have lost well over 50 lbs since joining.  Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to lose weight and get in shape.  Best overall workout by far.

I like the coaches, the fact that I don't have to think about what I am going to work out that day, I like the music, the atmosphere, the treadmills w/ fans and bounce, I like the way you have everything numbered and organized. I like the clients, they're nice when they need to be and leave you alone when they need to. I like the lighting, the availibility of wipes and water. I like the location and the schedule / timing of classes. I like that I am pushed 10X harder than if I were left to my own judgement. And I LOVE that Joe played Tom Petty today - I was crying a litle in the warm up.
