A fine, fine bookshop.  Staff are astonishingly knowledgeable, unfailingly pleasant, and do not hover.  Well-stocked shelves.  If you seek an author whose work is not on their shelves, they will order works for you and do not require a deposit to do so.  
One caution:  the place is hard to leave so give yourself time to browse, chat with staff, sit in an easy chair and read a few pages of a book before deciding whether to but it.   
I'm trying to de-clutter and love it that they trade in books for credit.

Walked in just because the concept seemed amusing enough, was blown away by the diverse selection available. Neatly organized and wonderfully complete, the store radiates charm. The owner clearly loves her merchandise and is a wonderful resource in finding the right book for you. I''ll definitely come again when looking for some new pleasure reading.

Absolutely horrible customer service!  My sister and I went in with our kids and my two year old daughter. The lady had her dog there and my daughter, big a typical toddler, was very excited to see the dog.  The lady very rudely told us she was on the phone and we needed to leave!!!  Our boys are book nerds and were really disappointed to be treated so rudely.

Great friendly accommodating service.  Wouldn't buy a murder mystery any place else.

A must-go-to bookstore for all readers of suspense, mystery, thrillers.... you get the idea! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.
