My late wife and I have been Walton Family customers and friends for over thirty years. My wife and Terry Walton knew each other in their youth. There are multiple reasons that our relationship with Walton's has endured. Respect, Professionalism, Concern, and the Very Best Home Service. Today Hank ( Truck 3), whom I have known for some time serviced my air conditioner. Hank is a Ten Out of Ten! He has become a friend equally so as the Walton Family and all the extended employees I consider to be dear friends. I thank each of you for the professionalism, the love and support.

years of wonderful service from extremely knowledgeable, well trained and personable technicians. Jason, truck #2, has done the annual  service on my heater and air conditioner for the past few years and has become a friend. Even my cat likes him. Thank you Walton"s for such great people and service. I'm not that easy to please and certainly not often writing reviews.

My most recent experience with Walton's was to have my A/C serviced.  Tristan was so pleasant and informed about his job.  He fixed everything and recognized my thermostat was not working properly.  He gave me 2 choices to pick from and installed a new thermostat for me.   He then thoroughly explained to me how to use it.  I've always been very pleased with the the service I've received from Walton's employees.  I've been a Walton's for about 25 years now and will continue to count on them to keep my home comfy.

I have been a Walton customer for many years.  They are a family-owned company, and I have always been pleased with their friendliness and service.  Their service men come when scheduled, and do a thorough, clean job.  We once needed service on Christmas Eve, and they were right there to help at no extra charge.  Great company!

I've been very pleased by Walton service over the years.  I was especially impressed by the technician who most recently serviced our heaters and air conditioning units, Bill Fisher.  Bill was exceptionally friendly and helpful in explaining what he was doing and the state of our units, keeping all in perfect working order.  With employees like Bill, Walton sets the standards for superior service.
