I had Donnelly's plumber, Tim C. and could not have been more pleased. He was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, informative, courteous and neat and went way above and beyond what was expected. He absolutely knew what needed to be done and provided me with confidence that the job was done correctly.  I had two toilets repaired and Tim checked the third. He came back the next day because he recommended that I have a hose properly installed that went from my dehumidifer to an outgoing pipe. He tool pictures of the incorrect hookup and spoke to the owner. He then returned and fixed the output hose. There was no charge. I am a Gold Star member and would recommend everyone to use Donnelly's and become a Gold Star member. They will keep all your plumbing, heating and air conditioning units in tip top shape and Donnelly's is always there for you whether you need an emergency visit or just schedule a routine visit. Their prices are extremely good for the customer and I'll always ask for Tim C when I need plumbing services. Donnelly's is extremely lucky to have such a technician as Tim C. Outstanding service as always. David G was friendly, professional and efficient.  He installed the water treatment system very efficiently, addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly.  Dave did what he said he was going to do before starting the job, and explained everything clearly so that I could pick between the options he suggested.  One very happy and satisfied customer here.  I recommend these guys highly.

Victor did an amazing job.  My inspection was so complete.  Victor found potential problems, he explained everything in a calm and clear manner.  I would of had so many problems within the year if Victor did not come for the inspection.  We scheduled to have the problems fixed within 5 days.  Victor M just finished at my house.  He did not stop working all day. Victor is professional, polite, clean, hard working and so pleasant.  I would give 
10 stars if they had them.  Do not hesitate to call for Victor M.

I called Donnelly's as a first time customer today with not one but TWO leaking toilets. They arrived within hours, communicating clearly about arrival time (no waiting all day) and fixed my problem before our dinner guests arrived. They repaired the shoddy job our previous plumber did, and showed me what they were doing every step of the way. 
I also appreciated that I got absolutely no condescension that sometimes comes with repair technicians dealing with a wife, not a husband. Thank you, gentlemen!
We found our plumbing company!!

The company responded to our problem quickly. The technician arrived on time.
William N, was extremely professional and efficient in fixing our problem. He was extremely respectful of our  house and wore booties and made sure the work area was cleaned when he finished. 
William was a pleasure to have in our home and explained everything.
I will definitely use your services again and recommend your company to my friends and family.
