I’ve been here many years and the technicians who perform the tests I have are all nice .  They might sound loud but are all nice and professional during the procedures .  Location is convenient if you are in Markham area .  The biggest flaw are the receptionists who used to chat with each other very loud in Chinese in front of the patients .  Rude and unprofessional.

Male technician should be fired. Not only that but the x rays taken of
my knee showed that  I didn't need a knee  replacement. However my specialist had another set of x-rays taken at the hospital and surprise, surprise, I had no cartilage at all in my left knee and needed a full knee replacement. So I will not be returning to this Healthcare center. Why suffer having to put up with the rude male technician and have x-rays that are useless?  I DON NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

No one will answer your call. Never on time. Incompetent receptionists. Save yourself time (from calling 20x before you get through) and go elsewhere.

Male technician very rough and when I told
him he hurt me he made rude comments about my body type. Very unprofessional.
